1. Log in your twitter acount
2. Go @ Settings ยป Design
3. Check Use my custom style below
4. Put these:
Background color: 010101
Background image: download from here
Check Use background image checkbox!
Uncheck Tile checkbox!
Text color: 223f6d
Link color: 999733
Sidebar fill color: f9fbe5
Sidebar border color: ffffff
5. Save. Congratulations !
